R.C. Lewis

President

R.C. Lewis serves as President of Capital Mortgage Services, where he oversees the organization’s strategic direction and leads the company’s secondary markets operations. A graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, R.C. represents the next generation of leadership for a company built on decades of industry expertise and strong client relationships.

Capital Mortgage Services was founded by R.C.’s parents, Linda and Royce Lewis, who built the company from the ground up into a thriving mortgage operation serving clients across all 50 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Under their leadership, the Lewises established Capital Mortgage Services as a trusted partner in the mortgage industry, known for its operational expertise and long-standing client relationships. Today, R.C. continues that legacy, guiding the organization forward while building on the values, discipline, and entrepreneurial spirit that defined the company from its earliest days.

Based in Lubbock, Texas, the Lewis family has long maintained strong ties to the community and to Texas Tech University. R.C. remains committed to advancing the company’s mission while honoring the legacy of the founders who built it.

Daniel Lewis

Chief Executive Officer – NMLS 505092

Danny has worked for community, regional, and super regional banks as well as Capital Mortgage Services where he’s been for 8 years.

Danny is married to Candace who is an Oncology Nurse at the Joe Arrington Cancer Center and he has two sons. His oldest played college baseball player at Shepherd University and finished with his MBA.  His youngest is in his second year at Texas Tech University and is a part of the Saddle Tramps, Texas Tech’s oldest fraternal organization. When Danny’s not mortgage banking, he’s either spending time with his family or engrossed in some sporting event. You might even find him on a run with his German Shepherd.

Gina George

Operations Manager

Gina George is the Operations Manager of Capital Mortgage Services. Gina was raised in West Texas and after high school, when she couldn’t decide what career path to follow, she decided not to go to college right away but took a position with Capital Mortgage instead. Lucky for her, as it turns out, the mortgage industry was her calling.

She is a DE and SAR Underwriter and loves helping people achieve the dream of home ownership. She loves to educate everyone on the process and guide them down the right path. Whether it be a new processor or originator in the industry, or a couple buying their first home, she knows the mortgage business through and through and is always willing to go that extra mile.

Gina is a single mom to a 13-year-old son who is her whole world. She loves being a mom and pushing him to achieve everything he sets out to accomplish. She also has a soft spot for forgotten animals and has rescued several fur babies that she spoils rotten. She enjoys running and staying fit, so you can always find her pounding the pavement on the weekends.

Tiffany McClanahan

Servicing Manager

Tiffany McClanahan drives our servicing department. Tiffany meticulously monitors all daily operations of her department, providing our borrower’s the comfort of knowing that all mortgage functions of their loan run smoothly for the life of the loan.
