Linda Lewis

Co-Founder and President – NMLS 151120

Linda Lewis is the President and co-founder of Capital Mortgage Services and has over 40 years of professional experience.

Prior to starting Capital Mortgage Services, Linda spent 20 years in Commercial Banking at a large branch banking operation in California. She graduated from Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University where she met the man who would become her partner in business and in life.

Linda and Royce built Capital Mortgage from the ground up to what is now a thriving mortgage operation with clients spanning across the 50 states and the Virgin Islands. Linda is a strong supporter of the arts in the Lubbock, Texas community as well as Texas Tech athletics. When she isn’t hard at work, you can find her catching a game, attending a play, or spending time with the 3 children, 4 grandchildren, and 3 beloved dogs she and Royce shared.

Daniel Lewis

Chief Executive Officer – NMLS 505092

Daniel “Danny” Lewis is the CEO of Capital Mortgage Services and a graduate of Marshall University. He grew up in Huntington, WV and now resides in Wolfforth, TX. After a brief stint in Public Accounting, Danny has been in the banking and mortgage industry since 1998. He has worked in all facets of mortgage origination, mortgage servicing, and management. Danny has worked for community, regional, and super regional banks as well as Capital Mortgage Services where he’s been for 5 years.

Danny is married to Candace who is a Hospice Nurse and he has two sons. His oldest is a college baseball player at Shepherd University and his youngest is a national honor society student heading into his senior year at the largest high school in the Lubbock County Metro Area. When Danny’s not mortgage banking, he’s either spending time with his family or engrossed in some sporting event. You might even find him on a run with his German Shepherd.

R.C. Lewis

Vice President

A graduate of Texas Tech University, in Lubbock Texas, R.C. Lewis serves as our Vice President and heads up the secondary markets section of the organization.

Tiffany McClanahan

Servicing Manager

Tiffany McClanahan drives our servicing department. Tiffany meticulously monitors all daily operations of her department, providing our borrower’s the comfort of knowing that all mortgage functions of their loan run smoothly for the life of the loan.

Gina George

Operations Manager

Gina George is the Operations Manager of Capital Mortgage Services. Gina was raised in West Texas and after high school, when she couldn’t decide what career path to follow, she decided not to go to college right away but took a position with Capital Mortgage instead. Lucky for her, as it turns out, the mortgage industry was her calling.

She is a DE and SAR Underwriter and loves helping people achieve the dream of home ownership. She loves to educate everyone on the process and guide them down the right path. Whether it be a new processor or originator in the industry, or a couple buying their first home, she knows the mortgage business through and through and is always willing to go that extra mile.

Gina is a single mom to a 13-year-old son who is her whole world. She loves being a mom and pushing him to achieve everything he sets out to accomplish. She also has a soft spot for forgotten animals and has rescued several fur babies that she spoils rotten. She enjoys running and staying fit, so you can always find her pounding the pavement on the weekends.
